Dalian Corpse Factory Worker Exposes Inside Information

By NTD Television

Recently, a Chinese Korean Mr. Li gave inside information about the former Dalian corpse plant; which involved former Chongqing Secretary, Bo Xilai and his wife, Gu Kailai. Mr. Li said that he had been working at this factory for one and a half years.
Recently, a Chinese Korean Mr. Li said he personally experienced live organ harvesting and could testify when he saw in Seoul, the Falun Gong banners exposing organ harvesting and selling corpses.

Former corpse factory worker Mr. Li: “I can tell this plant was Bo Xilai wife’s plant. Once Bo was arrested, it was closed. I had been working there one and a half years. Nobody was allowed to enter without the specific card. Those allowed to enter the factory gave up our cell phones. Those who did not get the cards, had to pay up the phone. All were medical school graduates, wages were very high. I was responsible for assembling the livers. I dare to testify on this matter. ”

Mr. Li is currently working in South Korea. He said that normal people could not emotionally bear to be
in this corpse plant.

Mr. Li: “There was a special work shop to handle the dead: including boiling the dead like a bubbling pig in a big pond full of formalin syrup. They put two good specimens into one pool, but worse 4, 5 specimens into one pool. After that, they extracted all water and oil from the dead and injected chemical material. Eventually, it’s not like a human, but a tasteless and colorless plastic…..some are pregnant women, you know?”

Film on Organ Harvesting Wins Best Documentary

By Zhou Hang & Zhang Xiaoqing, Epoch Times

“Davids and Goliath,” a film about organ harvesting from living Falun Gong practitioners in China, won Best Documentary at the 9th Hamilton Film Festival in Hamilton, Canada.

“Davids and Goliath” focuses on the investigation into organ harvesting in China by Canadian human rights lawyer David Matas and former Canadian Secretary of State (Asia-Pacific) David Kilgour. The movie contains interviews with a number of patients who received transplanted organs in China.

“It is a fantastic documentary, really incredibly sad and horrifying. It left a good impression on all of us who watched it. So it was easy to select that one as the best documentary,” the administrative director of the Hamilton Film Festival, Nathan Fleet, said.

In March 2006, two witnesses testified that practitioners of Falun Gong were being detained in Sujiatun, a suburb of Shenyang City, in northeastern China’s Liaoning Province. They said the detained practitioners were being held as a kind of live organ bank and would have their organs harvested when they matched a patient seeking a transplant. More testimonies followed afterward.

Chinese Transplant Congress Criticized Inside China

By Luo Ya, Epoch Times

The Chinese National Transplant Congress was held in a strangely low-key atmosphere, with relevant information only publicly available at the last minute. In the lead up to the conference, the location was changed to the city of Hangzhou and the date pushed back to Oct. 30.

In the weeks prior to the conference, the World Organization to Investigate the Persecution of Falun Gong released two consecutive reports on the CCP’s live organ harvesting atrocities.

The World Organization reported that the former Health Minister of the General Logistics Department of the People’s Liberation Army (PLA) personally confirmed that former Chinese Communist Party head Jiang Zemin ordered live organ harvesting from Falun Gong practitioners, and the Central Military Commission discussed organ harvesting among themselves.

The disclosure of this new evidence shocked the public in China that was able to access the news. Some Chinese people even directly protested the Congress, saying that they believed many of the participants are in fact butchers and executioners dressed in white coats.

New Policy Attempts to Hide Ongoing Crimes in China

THE EPOCH TIMES

The doctor appointed to make excuses for forced organ harvesting in China has once again changed his story regarding the source of organs for transplantation. Unfortunately, new evidence developed from papers published by Chinese doctors gives the lie to the latest official claims about the sourcing of organs for transplant.

On Oct. 30, Huang Jiefu, director of the National Organ Transplantation Committee and former vice minister of Health, announced: “Organs voluntarily donated by citizens have become the only source of organ transplants in China. Now all hospitals in China have stopped taking organs from executed prisoners. The relevant laws that will fit the current organ transplant situation are being updated and revised.”

This strong statement indicating a change in the sourcing of organs did not last long before being qualified. On the website of the popular financial magazine Caixin, where Huang Jiefu’s claim was first reported, the first two sentences were quickly changed to “Chinese organ transplantation has entered a new stage of historical development when organs voluntarily donated by citizens become the only organ source. At present, all the hospitals in China are changing past practice.”

Over 215 House of Representatives Support H. Res. 281

BY NTDTV

Following the European Parliament’s resolution passed last December, asking the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) to immediately stop forced organ harvesting, the H. Res. 281 by U.S. Congress reported in July has also won support from 215 House of Representatives members.

The U.S. House Resolution 281 is gaining support from a subcommittee of the House Committee on Foreign Affairs, Asia and the Pacific, and is now awaiting a final vote.

The Resolution explicitly calls on the CCP to immediately end the practice of organ harvesting from all prisoners; demands an immediate end to the 15-year persecution of the Falun Gong spiritual practice and the immediate release of all Falun Gong practitioners and prisoners of conscience.

Chairman and Congressman Steve Chabot has indicated that the H. Res. 281 has won the support of the entire committee on Asia and the Pacific. He says forcibly harvesting organs against a person’s will is absolutely unacceptable and should be condemned.

Falun Gong Rally Calls On Harper to Speak Out on Organ Harvesting In China

By Matthew Little, Epoch Times

OTTAWA—Paul Li is afraid his father could be one of the thousands of Falun Gong adherents who disappear in jails and leave in bits and pieces, killed for his organs in a business that has shocked Canadian officials.

It’s a crime beyond belief, or at least it was when reports of the practice first emerged in 2006. After eight years of investigation the evidence has become overwhelming, say Canadian members of Parliament who have studied the issue.

“There is no question that this is happening, the practice has been verified several times,” said Liberal MP Judy Sgro to hundreds of Falun Gong practitioners at a rally on Parliament Hill on Tuesday, Nov. 4.

Sgro has seconded a bill introduced by fellow Liberal Irwin Cotler that would effectively ban Canadians from travelling to China for organ transplants, something not uncommon in the Chinese-Canadian community according to transplant doctors in Toronto.

After her remarks at the rally, Sgro walked into the House of Commons to make a similar statement and convey the Falun Gong practitioners’ call for the prime minister to take action during his upcoming trip to China.

Forced Organ Harvesting in China Discussed in Edmonton

BY OMID GHOREISHI, EPOCH TIMES
Alberta has a certain legendary appeal for Ethan Gutmann, having heard the province immortalized in the ever-influential “Four Strong Winds,” a song covered by everyone from Bob Dylan to Neil Young and Johnny Cash.

But Gutmann, an American who now calls London, U.K. home, wasn’t in Edmonton to talk tunes, but something much more difficult to speak of.

The award-winning China analyst and contributor to prominent publications spent the past seven years researching state-sanctioned forced organ harvesting in China from prisoners of conscience, who are kept alive only until their organs are sold, dying on the operating table to maximize the viability of their organs.

Gutmann describes the procedure in the first chapter of his new book, “The Slaughter: Mass Killings, Organ Harvesting, and China’s Secret Solution to Its Dissident Problem.”

Organ Transplantation Experience in China is Ultimate Horror Story

BY LU CHEN, EPOCH TIMES

A Taiwanese patient received a matched liver and a matched kidney within only a month in a hospital in a city in northern China, according to an exclusive interview on Oct. 30 by the New York-based, Chinese-language television network New Tang Dynasty.

The extremely short waiting time for organ transplants has made China the most popular country for transplantation tourism, in which patients from other countries travel to China for organ transplant surgeries. The average waiting time for a patient in the United States to receive a matched kidney is four to five years, according to the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services in March.

The Taiwanese patient with cirrhosis went to China on a tourist visa and arrived at the Tianjin First Center Hospital in Tianjin City in September 2012.

Q&A: Author & Analyst Ethan Gutmann Discusses China’s Illegal Organ Trade

BY BARBARA TURNBULL
That’s the conclusion of a groundbreaking book on the practice of illegal organ harvesting in China.

The Slaughter: Mass Killings, Organ Harvesting and China’s Secret Solution to Its Dissident Problem, is the latest from Ethan Gutmann, a veteran China analyst based in London, England.

The book investigates China’s secret program to eliminate dissidents — Falun Gong, Tibetans and Uyghurs — while profiting from the sale of their organs. The purchasers are often from Western countries.

The Slaughter provides personal accounts from top-ranking police officials, nurses, doctors who have killed prisoners on the operating table and refugees who came close to being killed.

Gutmann’s writing on China has been widely published. He’s testified before the U.S. Congress, the European Parliament and the United Nations. He’s speaking on panels across Canada on a tour that brings him to Toronto on Thursday.

Deerpark Passes Resolution in Support of H.Res. 281

BY GITTEL EVANGELIST I TIMES HERALD-RECORD

On Oct. 6, the Town of Deerpark became the latest local municipality to pass a resolution in support of H.Res. 281. The House bill calls on China to “end the practice of organ harvesting from prisoners, and particularly from Falun Gong prisoners of conscience and members of other religious and ethnic minority groups.”

“We felt it was a very important issue,” Deerpark Supervisor Karl Brabenec said, “because we are human beings, like everyone else, and if there are atrocities such as those occurring in China because of people’s beliefs, that is just unacceptable. This is something that needs to be addressed on a local, national and international level.”

Deerpark is home to Dragon Springs, a 427-acre retreat for Falun Gong refugees and Chinese performance artists that features a temple, auditorium, residence halls, meditation halls, library and classrooms; the development, which began in 2001, currently has a maximum occupancy of just over 300 people – but it’s hard to say exactly how many people Dragon Springs actually serves, because Falun Gong has no formal membership or leaders to speak on their behalf. A number of adherents who live in the greater Orange County area are not part of Dragon Springs.

China: When the Body Becomes a Marketplace for Transplant Organs

BY TORSTEN TREY I EPOCH TIMES

Human dignity is inviolable. It is inseparable from the human being. How incomparably precious human dignity is often becomes clear only when one loses it. If one declares with sublime intention, that human dignity is inviolable, it is of course shocking when not only human dignity, but also the physical body is being harmed.

We are already accustomed to hearing about human rights violations. But what underlies this buzzword is much more than just a legal term. It describes the dehumanization of persecuted people. Given the violation of the fundamental rights of the human being, isn’t it the case that not only the dignity of the persecuted being is violated, but also that of the bystander? How can we still value our own human dignity if we stand by and allow this human dignity—an inherent characteristic of mankind—to be violated in others?

Letters: Stop forced organ harvesting in China

Thank you, Tribune, for your work through the years to help us all be more aware of events and concerns in our state, nation and our world.

Thank you to all four Utah congressmen, who were among the first of a total of 215 Representatives who have co-sponsored H. Res. 281 “expressing concern over persistent and credible reports of systematic, state-sanctioned organ harvesting from non-consenting prisoners of conscience in the People’s Republic of China, including from large numbers of Falun Gong practitioners imprisoned for their religious beliefs, and members of other religious and ethnic minority groups.”

Thank you to the U. of U. Hinckley Institute for hosting the forum Sept. 19, “Forced Organ Harvesting in China and its Effect on the U.S.”

David Matas: ‘Transplant Tourism from the Middle East’

BY DAVID MATAS

Remarks prepared for delivery to the Middle East Society for Organ Transplantation, Istanbul, Turkey, 10 September, 2014
There needs to be more of an effort in the Middle East to combat transplant tourism from the Middle East. National professional associations should require compliance with international standards.
My focus is, in particular, transplant tourism from the Middle East into China. Why I have this focus will, in the course of this presentation, become apparent.

International Standards
These professional international standards worth noting:
• The Transplantation Society Ethics Committee Policy Statement ‑ Chinese Transplantation Program November 2006 and Mission Statement (TTS).

• The Declaration of Istanbul on Organ Trafficking and Transplant Tourism May 2008 (Istanbul)
• World Health Organization Guiding Principles on Human Cell, Tissue and Organ Transplantation, May 2008 (WHO)
• World Medical Association Statement on Organ and Tissue Donation October 2012 (WMA)

Organ Transplantation Doctor Arrested in China (Video)

By China Forbidden News – Translated from Chinese

Recently, the crime of organ harvesting from live Falun Gong practitioners has been watched by the international community. The 2014 World Transplant Congress (WTC) was just held in San Francisco between July 26 and 31. The organizer rejected 35 Chinese participants on the grounds of medical ethical.

According to the US Minghui website report on August 1, a Chinese organ transplantation doctor mentioned in the book, Bloody Harvest was arrested a week ago by authorities. Another transplant doctor Wang Haibo, who is also an official of the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) Health Ministry, was temporarily absent for no reason.

The report said, Canadian human rights lawyer David Matas revealed at the WTC on July 29, the arrested doctor Zhu Yunsong worked in a major hospital and engaged in organ transplantation for many years, authoring numerous articles. The Chinese authorities arrested him on charges of abuse of organ transplantation. Matas said that Zhu admitted himself that he participated in transplantation operation using organs from Falun Gong practitioners.
